"Alert " Bad Checks-Traveling Suspects-Photos
BAD CHECKS The Numismatic Crime Information Center recently sent out an alert regarding a suspect identified as Jessica Lynn Bivins for writing bad checks. NCIC has been assisting agencies in Montana and has recently received additional information from the Forney, Texas Police Department. Bivins along with an associate identified as Wayne William Rice have been responsible for writing worthless checks to Antique/Coin/Pawn shops across the country during the past few months.
